Returns for refund must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order.
For a product return to be valid, it must imperatively respect the following conditions:
- return in the original packaging of all the elements of the product(s) (accessories, instructions, etc.)
- clean, unworn and undamaged product(s) (except for fittings)
- original invoice and product return form attached to the package
No refund or exchange will be made for the following cases
- items returned damaged, spoiled, incomplete or soiled without having been the subject of remarks or express reservations written by the user upon collection or receipt.
- products personalised at the customer's request, such as jerseys with personalised flocking (except for professional players still under contract with AS Monaco).
If delivery charges have been paid by the customer, these will not be refunded. Only returned items will be refunded. Exceptions may apply in the case of an error in the preparation of the order or cancellation of the order prior to shipment.
AS Monaco has a maximum of 14 working days to refund or replace a product returned by the client according to the conditions below.
